	The courses are based in a beautiful stone house, situated in a small  hamlet, in the heart of the Vendée.  We spend most mornings taking pictures on location, but the  computer tuition takes place in the house.  There's plenty of time to relax by the pool, or to sit by the fire with a  glass of wine, depending on the  season.  At around 7.00 we gather for aperitifs  before sitting down to a four  course gourmet dinner.(see Menu )		Owing to the size of the house,  guests stay in  nearby,  carefully chosen accomodation.
