Food Photography Courses 2012

This year we are introducing an exciting new course that fits perfectly into the Camerahols ethic of teaching photography in a relaxed atmosphere with the accent on gastronomy.
In tune with the current zeitgeist we are offering two courses, June 12-17 and Sept 4-9, that are specifically created for those of you who are particularly interested
in food photography.
We will be working in conjunction with Mary Cadogan, the well known food writer and stylist ( that's the person who makes sure that the food looks
fabulous on the plate)
and will be running the courses from an elegant manoir situated in the heart of the Charente countryside, a biscuit's toss from the ancient city of Angouleme.

The aim of the course is to introduce you to the use of natural light in food photography together with some of the styling and presentation secrets that make the food photographs
in glossy magazines and best selling books
seem so mouth wateringly appetising.

The price of the course will include all tuition, accomodation in the manoir with breakfast, light lunch, dinner for 4 nights, two of which will be at carefully chosen local restaurants,
a tutored market visit for ingredients, and a day of photography, including
pizza cooking in a wood oven, at Mary Cadogan's riverside home, which will also include dinner.
