1.The cost of the course covers accomodation for the 7 days (6 nights) of the residential course. or the 3 nights of the Weekend offer. 2. Extra nights accomodation will be charged at the Chambre d'Hote rate, and must be paid for with the final payment. 3.The cost of pick up and return to La Rochelle airport, should you need it, is included in the residential or weekend course price. 4. The price of the course includes transportation to and from photographic locations. 5. Travel costs to our base at La Moussiere are not included, except for collection and return to La Rochelle airport, as specified in condition 3. 6. Use of Camerahol's cameras or computer and printer consumables (CD's, DVD's, papar ) are not included in the cost, and must be paid for  with the final payment. 7. Camerahols assumes that all visitors/clients have full travel and holiday insurance, including cancellation insurance. We  strongly advise visitors/clients to arrange full health insurance,  or a valid E111 (visitors from UK) 8. Camerahols assumes that visitors'/clients' cameras and photographic equipment are fully insured . The cost of the course does not include insurance. 9. A booking will be confirmed on receipt of  a deposit of180€ for a week's course, or 75€ for the weekend,  and a confirming lettter or email. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of your course. 10. The complete cost is payable if a booking  is made less than 4 weeks before the commencement of a course.  11. Payments should be made by cheque to Roger Stowell Photography or, preferably, by Euro bank transfer. Account details  will be provided for Euro transfers. 12. Cancellation. You have the right to cancel within 7 working days of paying the deposit. After 7 days you will lose all or part of your payment, depending whether we can fill your place.
